Filip Otruba

Partner VGD Corporate Finance

Filip has been working in the field of Corporate Finance since 1995 and has already led hundreds of M&A transactions on a national and international level. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU and IFP in Paris. He worked as director of investment banking at CA-IB and UniCredit and as director of M&A in a multinational logistics company. He has been part of the VGD team since 2012 in the position of partner responsible for M&A.

Jan Stránský

Partner VGD Corporate Finance

Jan has many years of experience in various areas of business consulting, including over 10 years in the field of M&A. He is a graduate of the specialized study of business and real estate valuation at the University of Economics in Prague and has been working at VGD since 2008. He is responsible for the complete management and implementation of Czech and international transactions.
